Putin ally Ramzan Kadyrov calls rumors about his well being ‘lies’

Chechen chief Ramzan Kadyrov, a loyal ally of Vladimir Putin in Russia, launched an undated video of himself on Sunday calling ” lies “ rumors circulating about his deteriorating state of well being.
